Build your profile
Open Discovery in your SchedMate dashboard. Add your public name, headline, about, logo, cover, services, service areas and a few photos of your work.
For service businesses
SchedMate Discover puts your business in front of people searching for the work you do — and drops every inquiry straight into the workspace you already run on.
How listing works
Open Discovery in your SchedMate dashboard. Add your public name, headline, about, logo, cover, services, service areas and a few photos of your work.
See exactly what a customer would see, before you pay anything. Nothing is public until you publish and activate your Discovery listing.
Activate Discovery to appear in customer searches. Your position is earned, not bought — see the ranking note below.
Each inquiry lands in Leads with the customer's details, the service, the location and their message. Quote, schedule, invoice and get paid as you already do.
Straight answers
We would rather be blunt about this up front than have you discover it later.
An active Discovery listing is what allows your profile to appear in customer search at all. Without it, your profile still exists and you can still preview and share it — it just does not show up in results.
Verification is a separate check of your identity and business information. No amount of payment sets it. That is the only reason the badge means anything to a customer.
Ranking is decided by service and location match, verification, rating confidence, verified review volume, response record, completed SchedMate jobs and profile quality. Every business pays the same to be eligible and then competes on merit.
A review is attached to a completed job and published by the customer. You can see every review about you, including ones that are not public — but you cannot quietly remove a bad one. A reply feature is planned.
Your services, service areas and completed job history are in SchedMate. Discovery reuses them rather than asking you to type everything again.
